Global isish va qishloq xo\u02bbjaligi, sog\u02bbliqni saqlash, ishlab chiqarish va savdoda sovitish uskunalariga talabning ortib borishi sharoitida sovitish sektorini modernizatsiya qilish strategik ustuvor vazifaga aylanib bormoqda.<\/p>\n<p>Tadbirda yuqori global isish salohiyatiga ega bo\u02bblgan issiqxona gazlari \u2014 gidroftoruglerodlarni (GFU) bosqichma-bosqich kamaytirishga alohida e\u02bctibor qaratildi. Monreal protokolining Kigali tuzatishiga muvofiq, mamlakatlar ulardan foydalanishni bosqichma-bosqich kamaytirish va ekologik toza muqobil variantlarga o\u02bbtish majburiyatini oldilar. Markaziy Osiyo va Sharqiy Yevropa mamlakatlari uchun bu texnologik modernizatsiya uchun imkoniyatlar ochadi, ammo shu bilan birga katta investitsiyalarni, takomillashtirilgan me&#8217;yoriy-huquqiy bazani va malakali kadrlar tayyorlashni talab qiladi.<\/p>\n<p>Uchrashuv davomida UNIDO Monreal protokoli bo&#8217;limi rahbariyati Kigali tuzatishini o&#8217;z vaqtida ratifikatsiya qilishning strategik ahamiyatini ta&#8217;kidladi. Kelgusi yillarda hujjatni ratifikatsiya qilgan va ratifikatsiya qilmagan mamlakatlar o&#8217;rtasida savdo cheklovlari joriy etilishi kutilmoqda, bu esa yangi texnologiyalarga o&#8217;tishni nafaqat ekologik, balki iqtisodiy ustuvor vazifaga aylantiradi.<\/p>\n<p>Loyiha ishtirokchi mamlakatlarga bir nechta sohalarda yordam beradi:<br \/>\n\u2014 milliy sovitish va konditsioner uskunalari sektorlarining ehtiyojlarini tahlil qilish;<br \/>\n\u2014 zamonaviy energiya tejaydigan texnologiyalarni namoyish etish;<br \/>\n\u2014 sovitkichlarni yig&#8217;ish, qayta ishlash va xavfsiz yo&#8217;q qilish tizimlarini takomillashtirish;<br \/>\n\u2014 institutsional va inson resurslari salohiyatini rivojlantirish.<\/p>\n<p>O&#8217;quv dasturlari, bilim almashish va mintaqaviy hamkorlik tarmoqlarini rivojlantirishga alohida e&#8217;tibor qaratiladi. Ishtirokchilar, shuningdek, moliyalashtirish, qonunchilikni uyg&#8217;unlashtirish va professional rivojlanish masalalarini ham muhokama qilishdi.<\/p>\n<p>Uchrashuvdan so&#8217;ng tomonlar loyiha hujjati bo&#8217;yicha kelishib oldilar va texnik tafsilotlarni aniqlashtirish hamda birgalikda moliyalashtirishni tasdiqlash kabi keyingi bosqichlarni belgilab oldilar.
