Lomonosov nomidagi Moskva davlat universitetining \u201cIqtisodiy va moliyaviy strategiyalar\u201d kafedrasi professorlari ishtirok etdi. Delegatsiyaga MDU akademigi, taniqli olim, iqtisod fanlari doktori, siyosiy iqtisod professori, Rossiya Fanlar akademiyasining xorijiy a\u2019zosi Vladimir Lvovich Kvint boshchilik qildi.<\/p>\n<p>Tadbirda ishtirok etgan O\u2018zbekiston Respublikasi Prezidentining ekologiya masalalari bo\u2018yicha maslahatchisi \u2013 Ekologiya va iqlim o\u2018zgarishi milliy qo\u2018mitasi raisi Aziz Abduhakimov ushbu hamkorlikning mamlakatimizda atrof-muhitni muhofaza qilish sohasini rivojlantirish va iqlim masalalarini hal etishdagi ahamiyatini alohida ta\u2019kidladi. Uchrashuv davomida Aziz Abduhakimov Vladimir Lvovich Kvintni \u201cTabiat himoyachisi\u201d ko\u2018krak nishoni bilan taqdirladi.<\/p>\n<p>Tadbir davomida Strategiyani ishlab chiqishning birinchi bosqichi \u2014 strategiyalash metodologiyasi taqdim etildi. Unda global, mintaqaviy va milliy trendlarni tahlil qilish, missiya, tasavvur, shior hamda strategik ustuvor yo\u2018nalishlar konturlarini shakllantirish masalalari qamrab olindi. Strategiyani bosqichma-bosqich amalga oshirish konsepsiyasi, \u201cyo\u2018l xaritalari\u201dni ishlab chiqish va resurs ta\u2019minoti mexanizmlarini belgilashga alohida e\u2019tibor qaratildi. Taqdimotda ta\u2019kidlanganidek, Strategiya missiyasi tabiiy resurslarga mas\u2019uliyatli munosabatni shakllantirish, suv resurslaridan oqilona foydalanish sohasida davlat, biznes va jamiyat sa\u2019y-harakatlarini birlashtirish, shuningdek, O\u2018zbekistonning Markaziy Osiyodagi ekologik yetakchiligini ilgari surishga qaratilgan.<\/p>\n<p>Shuningdek, inson ekologiyasi, suvni tayyorlashning innovatsion texnologiyalari, suv resurslarini boshqarishni takomillashtirish, sirkulyar iqtisodiyotni rivojlantirish, energiya balansining \u201cyashil\u201d transformatsiyasi, ekologik madaniyatni mustahkamlash va kadrlar tayyorlashni qamrab oluvchi asosiy strategik yo\u2018nalishlar va ustuvor vazifalar taqdim etildi.<\/p>\n<p>Taqdimot davomida ekspertlar guruhi Milliy strategiyani amalga oshirishdan kutilayotgan natijalarni chuqur muhokama qildi. Shuningdek, suv resurslaridan samarali foydalanish, ekologik barqarorlikni ta\u2019minlash va uzoq muddatli rivojlanish maqsadlariga erishish masalalari yuzasidan fikr almashildi.<\/p>\n<p>Ta\u2019kidlash joizki, joriy yilning 18\u201322-fevral kunlari akademik V.L. Kvint va u boshchilik qilayotgan ekspertlar guruhining Toshkent shahriga tashrifi davom etmoqda.
