qo\u2018mitasi bo\u2018lim boshlig\u2018i Javohir Abduxoliqov, qo\u2018mita departament rahbari Bahrom Xolxo\u2018jayev, &laquo;Green University&raquo; rektori, professor Baxtiyor Pulatov, qo\u2018mita va tizim tashkilotlari xodimlari, hududiy boshqarmalar hamda ommaviy axborot vositalari vakillari ishtirok etdi.<\/p>\n<p>Tadbirda so\u2018zga chiqqan Jusipbek Kazbekov O\u2018zbekiston yana muhim xalqaro ekologik tadbirlar o\u2018tkaziladigan maydonga aylanayotganini ta\u2019kidladi. Ushbu tadbirlar doirasida atrof-muhitni muhofaza qilishning dolzarb masalalariga alohida e\u2019tibor qaratilishi qayd etildi. Jumladan, iqlim o\u2018zgarishi va uning oqibatlariga bardoshlilikni oshirish, bioxilma-xillikni saqlash, yer degradatsiyasi va cho\u2018llanishga qarshi kurash, suv resurslarini boshqarish hamda atrof-muhit ifloslanishini kamaytirish masalalari muhokama qilinadi. Assambleya doirasida yuqori darajadagi 9 ta davra suhbati, 50 dan ortiq sayd-iventlar o\u2018tkazilishi, qator xalqaro tashabbuslar e\u2019lon qilinishi va yangi ekologik loyihalar ishga tushirilishi rejalashtirilgan. Assambleya yakunlari bo\u2018yicha \u201cyashil\u201d loyihalarga grant va investitsiyalar jalb etilishi, xalqaro moliyaviy institutlar bilan hamkorlik kengaytirilishi, iqlim o\u2018zgarishiga moslashuv loyihalari qo\u2018llab-quvvatlanishi, Orolbo\u2018yi ekotizimini tiklash dasturlari ilgari surilishi, bioxilma-xillikni saqlash, qayta tiklanuvchi energetika va barqaror qishloq xo\u2018jaligi loyihalari rivojlantirilishi, shuningdek, qo\u2018shma transchegaraviy tashabbuslar yo\u2018lga qo\u2018yilishi kutilmoqda. Uning ta\u2019kidlashicha, mazkur tadbir dunyoning 100 dan ortiq davlatidan vakillar, xalqaro tashkilotlar rahbarlari, diplomatik korpus, investorlar, ekologik mahsulot ishlab chiqaruvchilar, ekoinnovatorlar, davlat organlari va ekspertlar hamjamiyatini birlashtiradi. Ko\u2018rgazma doirasida ekologik mahsulot va xizmatlarga bag\u2018ishlangan 68 dan ortiq pavilyon tashkil etiladi.<\/p>\n<p>O\u2018zbekiston Respublikasi Ekologiya va iqlim o\u2018zgarishi milliy qo\u2018mitasi hamda &laquo;Business Congress Management&raquo; (BCM) kompaniyasi hamkorligida tashkil etilayotgan ko\u2018rgazmada Global yashil o\u2018sish instituti (GGGI), Osiyo taraqqiyot banki (OTB), Yevropa tiklanish va taraqqiyot banki (YTTB) kabi yetakchi xalqaro tashkilotlar ishtirok etadi. Bundan tashqari, Saudiya Arabistonining &laquo;Vision Invest&raquo;, Fransiyaning SUEZ, Xitoyning &laquo;Cevia Environment&raquo;, Yaponiyaning KOMOTO, Finlyandiyaning EPSOY, Rossiyaning &laquo;Siberian Wellness&raquo;, BAAning &laquo;Bell Energy&raquo; va Hindistonning &laquo;Oizom Instruments&raquo; kompaniyalari o\u2018z korporativ pavilyonlarini taqdim etadi. Bundan tashqari, mamlakatning barcha hududlari iqlim o\u2018zgarishiga moslashish, tabiiy resurslardan oqilona foydalanish va ekologik barqarorlikni ta\u2019minlashga qaratilgan aniq loyiha takliflarini tayyorlagan. Ushbu tashabbuslar xalqaro donorlar va investorlarga taqdim etiladi. U O\u2018zbekistonda 7-marotaba o\u2018tkazilmoqda va bu yil ilk bor Germaniyaning &laquo;World Cat Federation&raquo; tashkiloti homiyligida xalqaro maqomda tashkil etiladi. 2025-yilda tadbirda O\u2018zbekiston, Rossiya, Qozog\u2018iston, Moldova va boshqa davlatlardan 80 ta jonivor ishtirok etgan bo\u2018lsa, tashrif buyuruvchilar soni 7000 nafarga yetgan. Bu yil Germaniya, Xitoy, Vengriya, Latviya, Xorvatiya, Tailand, Qozog\u2018iston, Qirg\u2018iziston, Tojikiston, Rossiya, Belarus va Ukrainadan ekspertlar hamda mehmonlar kelishi kutilmoqda. Tashrif buyuruvchilar soni 12 ming nafardan oshishi prognoz qilinmoqda.<\/p>\n<p>&laquo;Green University&raquo; rektori Baxtiyor Pulatov o\u2018z nutqida universitet va uning negizida respublikaning barcha hududlarida tashkil etilayotgan \u201cyashil\u201d texnikumlar faoliyatiga alohida e\u2019tibor qaratdi. Uning so\u2018zlariga ko\u2018ra, universitetdagi ta\u2019lim sifati ESG Yevropa standartlariga mos bo\u2018lib, dunyo darajasidagi raqobatbardosh va ijtimoiy mas\u2019uliyatli ekolog mutaxassislarni tayyorlashga yo\u2018naltirilgan. Hozirda oliygohda barqaror rivojlanish, yashil iqtisodiyot, ekologik huquq, sirkulyar iqtisodiyot, barqaror moliya, ekologik fanlar va atrof-muhitni muhofaza qilish yo\u2018nalishlari bo\u2018yicha bakalavriat hamda magistratura dasturlari amalga oshirilmoqda.<\/p>\n<p>Ma\u2019lumot uchun, O\u2018zbekiston Respublikasi Prezidentining 2026-yil 25-martdagi PQ\u2013110-son qaroriga muvofiq, \u201cEko-madaniyat\u201d umummilliy loyihasi doirasida &laquo;Green University&raquo; huzurida 14 ta \u201cyashil\u201d texnikum tashkil etiladi. Mazkur qaror asosida uzluksiz ta\u2019limning integratsiyalashgan modeli joriy etilib, universitetda o\u2018qitiladigan maxsus fanlar \u201cyashil\u201d texnikumlarning ikkinchi kurs o\u2018quv dasturlariga kiritiladi.
