Taraqqiyot dasturining O\u2018zbekistondagi doimiy vakili o\u2018rinbosari Anas Fayyad Karman, Suv xo\u2019jaligini obyektlarini ekspluatatsiya qilish agentligi direktorining birinchi o\u2019rinbosari Ilhom Jo\u2019rayev, Qishloq xo\u2018jaligi vaziri o\u2018rinbosari Alisher Shukurov hamda FAOning O\u2018zbekistondagi vakili Sherzod Umarov ishtirok etdi.<\/p>\n<p>Sessiya davomida ishtirokchilar Orolbo\u2018yi mintaqasining ekologik inqirozdan barqaror ekotizimlarni shakllantirish bosqichiga o\u2018tishi, iqlim bosimi kuchayib borayotgan sharoitda suv resurslarini boshqarishni takomillashtirish, iqlimga moslashgan qishloq xo\u2018jaligini joriy etish hamda yer degradatsiyasi bo\u2018yicha neytral muvozanatga erishish yondashuvlarini muhokama qildilar.<\/p>\n<p>Shuningdek, bioxilma-xillikni saqlash, ekotizim xizmatlarining barqarorligini ta\u2019minlash va mahalliy aholi uchun daromad manbalarini yaratishda suv-botqoq hududlari hamda qirg\u2018oqbo\u2018yi ekotizimlarining ahamiyatiga alohida e\u2019tibor qaratildi.<\/p>\n<p>Texnik sessiya doirasida &laquo;<strong>Aral Sea Wetlands Project<\/strong>&raquo; loyihasining xalqaro texnik maslahatchisi Joshua Brann Amudaryoning quyi oqimida ekotizim xizmatlari va barqaror turmush manbalarining ahamiyati haqida ma\u2019ruza qildi. BMTning Cho\u2018llanishga qarshi kurash konvensiyasi (UNCCD) kotibiyati bosh ilmiy xodimi doktor German Kust yer degradatsiyasi neytral muvozanati vositalari va yer resurslaridan barqaror foydalanishni rejalashtirish yondashuvlari haqida so\u2018z yuritdi. Shuningdek, ekspert Vasiliy Lobkovskiy mahalliy darajada yer resurslaridan foydalanishni integratsiyalashgan tarzda rejalashtirishning amaliy mexanizmlarini taqdim etdi.<\/p>\n<p>Ochiq muloqot davomida Orol dengizi mintaqasida hamkorlikni kengaytirish, innovatsion yechimlarni joriy etish va ekotizimlarni tiklash bo\u2018yicha muvaffaqiyatli tajribalarni keng ko\u2018lamda tatbiq etish
