hamkorlik, iqlimga moslashuvchanlik, innovatsiyalar va mintaqaviy hamkorlik masalalariga bag\u2018ishlandi.<br \/>\nMuloqotning ochilish marosimida O&#8217;zbekiston Respublikasi Prezidentining ekologiya masalalari bo&#8217;yicha maslahatchisi \u2013 Ekologiya va iqlim o&#8217;zgarishi milliy qo&#8217;mitasi raisi <strong>Aziz Abduhakimov<\/strong>, BMTning Oziq-ovqat va qishloq xo\u2018jaligi tashkiloti (FAO) vakili o\u2018rinbosari <strong>Sherzod Umarov<\/strong>, Yevropada xavfsizlik va hamkorlik tashkilotining (YEXHT) O\u2018zbekistondagi loyihalar koordinatori, elchi <strong>Antti Karttunen<\/strong> hamda Turkiya O\u2018rmon va suv xo\u2018jaligi vazirligining Cho\u2018llanish va eroziyaga qarshi kurash bosh boshqarmasi bosh inspektori <strong>Ismoil Belen<\/strong> ishtirok etdi.<\/p>\n<p>Aziz Abduhakimov o\u2018z nutqida iqlim o\u2018zgarishi Markaziy Osiyoning barqaror rivojlanishi uchun eng jiddiy tahdidlardan biriga aylanib borayotganini, uning suv resurslari, qishloq xo\u2018jaligi, energetika, ekotizimlar va aholi farovonligiga ta\u2019sir ko\u2018rsatayotganini ta\u2019kidladi. Shuningdek, mintaqa iqlim muammolarini ilmiy hamkorlikni rivojlantirish, texnologik innovatsiyalarni joriy etish, suv xavfsizligini mustahkamlash va yashil iqtisodiyotni shakllantirish imkoniyatiga aylantirishi zarurligi qayd etildi. O\u2018zbekistonda bu borada aniq choralar ko\u2018rilmoqda: \u201cYashil makon\u201d tashabbusi doirasida mamlakat bo\u2018ylab qariyb 1 milliard daraxt va buta ekildi, suv tejovchi texnologiyalar sug\u2018oriladigan qishloq xo\u2018jaligi yerlarining qariyb yarmida joriy etildi, qayta tiklanuvchi energiya manbalari ulushi esa qariyb 30 foizga yetdi.<\/p>\n<p>Nutqda alohida tashabbuslardan mintaqaviy ilmiy dasturlarga o\u2018tish zarurligiga e\u2019tibor qaratildi. Shu maqsadda Markaziy Osiyoning turli tabiiy-iqlim zonalarida iqlimga moslashuv bo\u2018yicha tajriba laboratoriyalari tarmog\u2018ini yaratish, \u201cMarkaziy Osiyo uchun 100 ta iqlimga bardoshli yechim\u201d dasturini amalga oshirish, iqlim tadqiqotlari bo\u2018yicha stipendiya dasturini yo\u2018lga qo\u2018yish, aylanma iqtisodiyot, &laquo;Zero Waste&raquo; va metan chiqindilarini qisqartirish sohasidagi ilmiy hamkorlikni rivojlantirish hamda Markaziy Osiyo iqlim ma\u2019lumotlari xabini tashkil etish taklif qilindi. Shuningdek, &laquo;Green University&raquo; huzurida yangi avlod mutaxassislarini tayyorlashga qaratilgan Markaziy Osiyo iqlim yetakchiligi dasturini yaratish tashabbusi ilgari surildi.<\/p>\n<p>Ma\u2019ruzada iqlim ssenariylari noaniqlik sharoitida kelajak rivojlanishining turli variantlarini o\u2018rganish va ehtimoliy qarorlar oqibatlarini baholash imkonini berishi qayd etildi. Xususan, sifat va miqdoriy ssenariylar, tadqiqot va normativ yondashuvlar, shuningdek, IPCCning dastlabki emissiya ssenariylaridan boshlab, konsentratsiya traektoriyalari (RCP) va umumiy ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy traektoriyalar (SSP) asosidagi zamonaviy yondashuvlargacha bo\u2018lgan rivojlanish bosqichlari ko\u2018rib chiqildi. Dastur olimlar, davlat organlari vakillari, xalqaro ekspertlar va yosh tadqiqotchilar o\u2018rtasida hamkorlik maydonini yaratish, tadqiqotlarning ustuvor yo\u2018nalishlarini belgilash hamda qo\u2018shma loyihalarni ishlab chiqishga qaratilgan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIlm-fan va siyosat o\u2018rtasidagi bog\u2018liqlik: iqlim ma\u2019lumotlaridan siyosat va mintaqaviy hamkorlikka\u201d mavzusidagi birinchi sessiyada ishtirokchilar iqlim siyosatini shakllantirishda ilmiy ma\u2019lumotlardan foydalanish, iqlim o\u2018zgarishiga moslashish va mintaqaviy hamkorlikni mustahkamlash masalalarini muhokama qildilar. Ilmiy tadqiqotlar, davlat qarorlari va amaliy choralar o\u2018rtasidagi uzviy bog\u2018liqlik zarurligi alohida qayd etildi.<\/p>\n<p>Maxsus sessiya memorandumlar imzolash va yoshlarning iqlim tashabbuslariga bag\u2018ishlandi.
