\u2014 Ekologiya va iqlim o\u2018zgarishi milliy qo\u2018mitasi raisi Aziz Abduhakimov, Xalqaro biosho&#8217;rlangan qishloq xo&#8217;jaligi markazi (ICBA) bosh direktori, doktor Tarifa Alzaabi, Markaziy Osiyo atrof-muhit va iqlim o\u2018zgarishini o\u2018rganish universiteti (Green University) rektori, professor Baxtiyor Po\u2018latov, shuningdek, ICBA CAC postdoktoranti, doktor Marg\u2018uba Rejapova ishtirok etdi.<\/p>\n<p>Aziz Abduhakimov o\u2018z nutqida Qoraqalpog\u2018iston tajribasi maqsadli investitsiyalar alohida loyihadan tashqarida ham uzoq muddat samara berishi mumkinligini namoyon etayotganini ta\u2019kidladi. 2023-yilda Abu-Dabi Taraqqiyot jamg\u2018armasi tomonidan ajratilgan 5,1 million AQSH dollari miqdoridagi mablag\u2018 hisobidan Ekologiya va iqlim o\u2018zgarishi milliy qo\u2018mitasi ICBA bilan hamkorlikda Qoraqalpog\u2018istonning degradatsiyaga uchragan hududlarida barqaror qishloq xo\u2018jaligi ishlab chiqarish tizimlarini rivojlantirish loyihasini amalga oshirdi. Loyiha doirasida uchta ko\u2018rgazma maydoni tashkil etilib, iqlimga chidamli ekinlar sinovdan o\u2018tkazildi hamda tuproq, suv resurslari va qishloq xo\u2018jaligi ishlab chiqarishini samarali boshqarish bo\u2018yicha yondashuvlar ishlab chiqildi.<\/p>\n<p>Shuningdek, Aziz Abduhakimov dastlabki loyiha bosqichma-bosqich texnologiya va bilimlarni uzatishning yanada keng qamrovli tizimiga aylanganligini qayd etdi. 2025\u20132026-yillarda dastur Qoraqalpog\u2018istonning barcha 15 tumanida yana 4144 nafar fermerni qamrab oldi, ishlab chiqarilgan va tarqatilgan sifatli urug\u2018liklar hajmi esa 20,9 tonnadan oshdi. Bugungi kunda vazifa nafaqat dastlabki investitsiyalar natijalarini baholash, balki muvaffaqiyatli yechimlarni institutsionallashtirish, ularni keng miqyosda joriy etish va yangi avlod investitsiyalarini jalb qilishdan iborat ekani ta\u2019kidlandi.<\/p>\n<p>Tadbir davomida O\u2018zbekiston va ICBA hamkorligini yanada rivojlantirish konsepsiyasi ham taqdim etildi. Xususan, &laquo;Green University&raquo; negizida &laquo;Markaziy Osiyo bio-tuzli qishloq xo\u2018jaligi va iqlim barqarorligi markazi&raquo; (CABACRH)ni tashkil etish taklif qilindi. Mazkur markaz dala loyihalari, laboratoriya tadqiqotlari, kadrlar tayyorlash va texnologiyalarni amaliyotga joriy etishni birlashtiradi. Ushbu tashabbusning muhim tarkibiy qismi qiymati 5 million dollar bo\u2018lgan spirulina tadqiqotlari laboratoriyasini tashkil etishdan iborat bo\u2018lib, u mikroalgalar, suv resurslari va sho\u2018rlanish sohasida tadqiqotlar olib borish, shuningdek, talabalar, tadqiqotchilar va fermerlarni o\u2018qitish uchun infratuzilmadan foydalanish imkonini beradi.<\/p>\n<p>Yerlarni tiklash sohasida investitsiya uchun tayyor loyihalarni shakllantirishga ham alohida e\u2019tibor qaratildi. Tashabbus doirasidagi ilk xalqaro guruhni 2027-yilda Markaziy Osiyo, Mo\u2018g\u2018uliston va qurg\u2018oqchil iqlimga ega boshqa hududlar mutaxassislari ishtirokida shakllantirish taklif etilmoqda.<\/p>\n<p>Tadbir doirasida, shuningdek, Yerlarni tiklash sifatining mintaqaviy standarti va monitoring, hisobot hamda verifikatsiya (MRV)<strong> tizimi<\/strong>ni ishlab chiqish taklifi muhokama qilindi. Bunda nafaqat tiklangan hududlar maydoni, balki o\u2018simlik qoplamining tiklanishi, tuproq holati, suv balansi, unumdorlik va ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy natijalarni ham baholash nazarda tutilmoqda. Dastlabki bosqichda ushbu standartni yerlarni tiklash bo\u2018yicha 5\u201310 ta loyihada sinovdan o\u2018tkazish taklif qilindi.<\/p>\n<p>Bundan tashqari, ishtirokchilar moliyalashtirishni jalb etishga tayyorlashga qaratilgan Markaziy Osiyoda yer loyihalarini tayyorlash markazini tashkil etish masalasini ko\u2018rib chiqdilar. Ushbu mexanizm texnik-iqtisodiy tadqiqotlar o\u2018tkazish, boshlang\u2018ich ko\u2018rsatkichlar va MRV tizimini shakllantirish, ekologik va ijtimoiy kafolatlarni ta\u2019minlash, iqtisodiy tahlil hamda moliyaviy tuzilmani ishlab chiqish kabi bosqichlarni qo\u2018llab-quvvatlashni nazarda tutadi. Tayyorlangan loyihalar keyinchalik Global ekologik jamg\u2018arma, Yashil iqlim jamg\u2018armasi, xalqaro moliya institutlari, ikki tomonlama hamkorlar va xususiy kapitalni o\u2018z ichiga olgan mavjud moliyalashtirish mexanizmlariga yo\u2018naltirilishi mumkin.<\/p>\n<p>Tadbir davomida professor Baxtiyor Po\u2018latov va doktor Marg\u2018uba Rejapova ilmiy va institutsional salohiyatni rivojlantirish, bilim almashish, kadrlar tayyorlash hamda fermerlar va milliy muassasalar bilan hamkorlik masalalarini taqdim etdilar. &laquo;Green University&raquo;ning ICBA bilan hamkorligi va tadqiqotlar, innovatsiyalar hamda texnologik rivojlanish platformasi sifatidagi &laquo;<strong>AquaBio Lab<\/strong>&raquo; faoliyatiga, shuningdek, xalqaro loyihalarning amaliy natijalariga alohida e\u2019tibor qaratildi.
