Tadbir davomida O\u2018zbekiston tomonining yerlarni tiklash sohasidagi mintaqaviy hamkorlikni yanada rivojlantirish bo\u2018yicha pozitsiyasi ham taqdim etildi.<\/p>\n<p>Ta\u2019kidlanganidek, O\u2018zbekiston uchun yerlarning degradatsiyaga uchrashi va cho\u2018llanish nafaqat ekologik muammo, balki suv va oziq-ovqat xavfsizligi, qishloq aholisi daromadlari hamda mamlakat iqtisodiy barqarorligi bilan bevosita bog\u2018liq masalalardir.<\/p>\n<p>Shu munosabat bilan O\u2018zbekiston alohida loyihalarni amalga oshirishdan o\u2018lchab bo\u2018ladigan natijalar, zamonaviy texnologiyalar, ilmiy ishlanmalar va investitsiya mexanizmlariga asoslangan degradatsiyaga uchragan yerlarni tiklashning mintaqaviy tizimini shakllantirishga o\u2018tishni taklif etdi.<\/p>\n<p>Alohida e\u2019tibor to\u2018rtta amaliy yo\u2018nalishga qaratildi. Birinchi yo\u2018nalish \u2014 Markaziy va Shimoliy-Sharqiy Osiyo mamlakatlarining qurg\u2018oqchil va dasht ekotizimlarini tiklash borasidagi tajribasini birlashtirishni nazarda tutuvchi &laquo;Aral\u2013Gobi Partnership&raquo; hamkorligini tashkil etish. Ikkinchi yo\u2018nalish \u2014 Markaziy Osiyoda Yaylov yerlari bo\u2018yicha ma\u2019lumotlarni qayta ishlash markazi mexanizmini ishga tushirish. Ushbu mexanizm yaylovlarni tiklash loyihalarini moliyalashtirishni tasdiqlangan ekologik va ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy natijalar bilan bog\u2018lash imkonini beradi.<\/p>\n<p>Uchinchi yo\u2018nalish sifatida yerlarni tiklash loyihalari natijalarini qiyosiy baholash imkonini beruvchi yagona mintaqaviy MRV standartini shakllantirish taklif etildi. Bunday yondashuv sun\u2019iy yo\u2018ldosh monitoringini tanlab o\u2018tkaziladigan dala tekshiruvlari bilan uyg\u2018unlashtirishni, bunda nafaqat tiklangan hududlar maydoni, balki o\u2018simlik qoplami, tuproq holati, suv balansi, yaylovlarning mahsuldorligi hamda ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy samarani ham hisobga olishni nazarda tutadi.<\/p>\n<p>To\u2018rtinchi yo\u2018nalish ilmiy ishlanmalarni investitsiyaga tayyor loyihalarga aylantirish bilan bog\u2018liq. &laquo;Green University&raquo; negizida \u201cQurg\u2018oqchil yerlar\u201d loyihasi laboratoriyalarini, shuningdek, yerlarni tiklash sohasidagi mintaqaviy loyihalar portfelini shakllantirish uchun Markaziy Osiyoda yer loyihalarini tayyorlash markazini tashkil etish taklif qilindi.<\/p>\n<p>Muloqot davomida davlatlar, ilmiy muassasalar, xalqaro tashkilotlar, fuqarolik jamiyati va investorlar o\u2018rtasidagi hamkorlikni kuchaytirish zarurligi ta\u2019kidlandi.
