Central Asia is predicted to experience a significant climate change and increased weather variability over the coming decades. Agriculture is the first and foremost sector sensitive to weather shocks and climate variability. Since agriculture is a key economic sector and a major source of livelihoods for Central Asia’s predominantly rural
