Objective 1: To strengthen the capacity of grassroots civil society organisations and local communities in Kyzyl Unkur and Kara Alma to engage in community-led sustainable development initiatives.
Objective 2: To support locally generated initiatives which improve the standard of living and provide improved and diversified livelihood and income generation opportunities.
