Representatives of the national climate and environmental networks of Central Asian countries, together with representatives of the youth of the region finalized the Regional Statement on behalf of civil society and youth of Central Asian countries.

The Regional Statement will be voiced at the 10th Meeting of the MFAs and Parliamentarians of Central Asia in the Central Asia Pavilion at the 28th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC COP28).

The Climate Civil Society Network of Central Asia (CSCD CA) is an informal, voluntary association of national climate and environmental networks of Central Asian countries, created for the free exchange of information, dialogue and discussion on environmental and climate policy and the development of climate action by the public. CSCD CA was established as an independent Regional Association of the Network of Environmental and Climate Organizations based on the RNCSO (Regional Network of Civil Society Organizations) initiated by CAREC in 2019.
