Grand Opening of the Central Asia Pavilion within the framework of the 28th Conference of the Parties to the UNFCCC, which will take place on December 1, 2023 from 12:45 to 13:15.
After the Grand Opening of the Pavilion, the regional event “Potential and Opportunities for Low-Carbon Development in Central Asia” will start.
Venue: Central Asia Pavilion (MA19G3), UNFCCC COP28 Blue Zone, Dubai Expo.
Languages: Russian and English (with simultaneous translation).
