The purpose of this working paper is to inform the Central Asian countries and the international community about the key findings of the climate change negotiations in Lima (COP 20, 2014) and the General expectations of the new global agreement on climate change, which will be discussed in December at the Conference of the Parties in Paris
(COP-21, 2015). The document also provides an update on the current status of Central Asian countries in their national climate change policies and potential common regional vision in the lead-up to global climate action negotiations.
