This training course, originally delivered for young female specialists and students from Central Asia, Afghanistan and Mongolia, was developed to equip young specialists with the necessary skills for the energy jobs of the future and encourage them to pursue careers and promote this change among their communities. It was prepared within the framework of the OSCE-DKU partnership on “Empowering Young Central Asian Women in the Energy Sector”.
