This is a national report on the innovative approach for sustainable use of the Ramsar /Potentially Ramsar in Central Asia through partnership and cooperation specifically in the territory of Kyrgyzstan. Despite fairly well developed legislation on the use of and other laws on nature conservation, enforcement exacerbates existing negative effects leading to the reducing of the quality of the BWI and reducing its territory. Ramsar and potentially Ramsar lands of Kyrgyzstan are located in different climatic zones and areas with different social and economic conditions, so their problems are sometimes significantly different character and degree of tension.
