Turkmen managers undergo training in Germany on green technologies
Eight representatives of government agencies and the private sector of Turkmenistan, together with representatives of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, made a business study trip to the city of Tübingen, Germany, from September 23 to October 4.

The training program for managers, organized by the German Society for International Cooperation GIZ GmbH within the framework of the signed “Joint Statement of Intent between the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan and the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Protection of the Federal Republic of Germany on continuing cooperation in the field of advanced training of management personnel from Turkmenistan”, is taking place at the Export Academy Baden-Wurttemberg (EABW).

The Export-Akademie Baden-Württemberg is a training and consulting organization specializing in green technologies and digitalization. The program of this training is devoted to the topic of economic cooperation in the field of green technologies.

During the trip, the group members visited many successful German companies, manufacturers of world-class equipment using green technologies, attended specialized exhibitions, held negotiations with German partners, became familiar with the business culture of Germany, listened to lectures from teachers with extensive experience in the field of personnel management, marketing, business process optimization, and quality management.

After returning to their home countries, the group members will continue to participate in this programme online until April 2025 in order to implement their cooperation projects with German partners with the help of GIZ GmbH and EABW.
