DUSHANBE, 13.02.2025 /NIAT “Khovar”/. Minister of Energy and Water Resources of the Republic of Tajikistan Daler Juma discussed a range of bilateral cooperation in the field of energy and water resources with the head of the cooperation sector of the European Union Office in Dushanbe Isabel Uriz Hernandez, the press center of the ministry reports.

Tajikistan, possessing significant hydropower resources, pays special attention to the implementation of large-scale projects in the energy sector.

In this context, the importance of strengthening cooperation in the implementation of projects in the energy sector, including energy efficiency and the development of renewable energy sources, and the reduction of electricity losses, was emphasized.

It was said with satisfaction that bilateral relations will continue to expand and strengthen in the future.
