Participants of the Kyrgyz National Climate Forum, held in Bishkek on December 17, 2019 on "Climate Change Issues for Kyrgyzstan: Post-Paris Actions and the Role of Civil Society," prepared an address to the Kyrgyz government.
The Address includes a list of recommendations aimed at removing institutional barriers to sustainable development in Kyrgyzstan, creating a regulatory framework that promotes the country's transition to technologies and processes consistent with sustainable consumption and production, and on the socio-economic development of the Republic in view of changing climatic conditions.
