This study was commissioned by the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) in the context of the initiative to establish a Regional Task Force on Education for a Justand Inclusive Energy Transition (RTEET) to build the capacities of Central Asian countries to develop a skilled and diverse workforce to support the energy transition in the region.
