The project is estimated to cost $78 million. It will be implemented in three stages:
- At the first stage, it is planned to build complexes for waste stabilization and placement in specialized landfills, as well as the organization of regional transmission stations.
- The second stage will involve developing an engineering project and conducting pilot testing of equipment for the production of RDF fuel (fuel from waste), as well as combustion and thermal processing units.
- The third stage involves the construction and launch of a full-fledged enterprise for the production of RDF and thermal processing of waste.
The foreign company Suez International from France specializes in water and waste management, including hazardous waste, and operates in Europe, the Asia-Pacific region, the USA, Africa and the Middle East.
Vision International Investment Company is a large investment holding company managing assets worth approximately $96 billion. Its main areas of activity include energy, infrastructure, utilities, water management, power generation, consulting, and public-private partnership projects.
