On June 15-16, 2026, the annual meeting of the OECD Green Action Task Force was held in Paris, French Republic.

During the meeting, participants discussed issues related to the development of a green economy, implementation of environmental policies and climate change adaptation measures, efficient use of natural resources, attraction of investments into green projects, and the strengthening of international cooperation in the field of environmental protection.

The meeting provided a valuable platform for the exchange of experience among member states, international organizations, and experts, while also contributing to the development of new proposals and avenues for cooperation in the area of sustainable development. Participants had the opportunity to discuss their achievements and practical experience in green economy development, environmental governance, and the mitigation of the adverse impacts of climate change.

The meeting was attended by Mr. Loiq Rahmonzoda, Deputy Chairman of the Committee, who noted in his statement that Tajikistan has a strong interest in actively participating in the future analytical work of the OECD and the Working Group on Environmental Finance.
