On August 20, 2025, a round table was held with the participation of members of the National Coordination Council on the Expanded Transparency Framework within the Paris Agreement from the relevant ministries and departments of the republic.

The opening speech was given by the Deputy Director of the Agency for Hydrometeorology of the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, J.A. Baidullaeva, and the representative of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) in the Republic of Tajikistan, Aghasi Harutyunyan. In their speech, they particularly noted the fruitful cooperation and further plans in the direction of jointly countering the climate crisis, urgent measures and setting goals to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, taking into account social, environmental and economic interests.
