Increased generation from renewable energy sources helped significantly reduce the load on thermal power plants. Output at thermal power plants decreased from 7,243 MW to 6,293 MW, and natural gas consumption at thermal power plants fell by 293,000 cubic meters, reaching 1,272,000 cubic meters. 

As a result, the share of renewable sources in the overall generation mix jumped from 33.6% to 45.3% compared to data as of 3:00 PM on June 24, 2025. Large-scale reforms in the energy sector, attracting significant investment in solar energy and modern energy storage systems, are already bearing tangible fruit.
