In the city of Bokhtar, an environmental action titled “Clean Area” was organized on the initiative of the Main Department for Environmental Protection of Khatlon Region. The purpose of this important public initiative was to maintain cleanliness and order in the environment, improve the ecological condition of the city, involve the population, especially young people, in improvement activities, and raise environmental awareness.

During the action, groups of eco-volunteers and active youth of the city, demonstrating a high sense of responsibility and civic engagement, carried out cleaning activities on streets, avenues, public areas, highways, and surrounding territories. Household waste was collected, and the environment was cleaned and improved.

At the same time, awareness-raising activities were conducted within the framework of the action. Eco-volunteers encouraged residents to follow cleanliness rules, prevent pollution of streets, public areas, and water sources, and to use natural resources responsibly.
